Services

Delivery formats for kiln work.

Programmes describe what we solve. Services describe how we show up. Pick a format that matches your flight calendar — not a brochure fantasy.

Orientation

Labour clear. Media spend separate.

Unless a statement of work says otherwise, MediaBlaze fees cover planning, facilitation, optimisation labour, and reporting. Platform campaign media buy budgets sit with you or pass through on documented terms. That keeps kiln heat conversations honest: we are not padding agency margin inside opaque media lines.

All formats include human approval gates for live blaze changes. AI-assisted media insight may accelerate drafts; it never ships unsupervised from our Keong Saik agency.

Team collaborating in a campaign planning room

Monthly media operations retainer

A standing Singapore media team rhythm: weekly pacing reads, creative fatigue watches, signal rail hygiene, and a monthly media kiln review. Best when paid media flights run continuously and you need emission intensity managed without rebuilding the whole channel mix every quarter. Includes light placement tests inside agreed caps. Escalations for auction noise spikes are same-day during business hours.

From S$8,900 / month · 3-month minimum

Four-week campaign sprint

Compressed Brief·Mix·Buy·Learn for a single launch window. Week one locks the media plan; week two builds the flight calendar and creative test matrix; weeks three and four run the paid media flight with mid-sprint human checkpoints. Designed for product drops, regional pushes, or education intake periods where weekend fatigue spikes are predictable if ignored.

From S$12,500 per sprint · media spend separate

Media audit (standalone)

A focused read of account structure, channel mix, measurement gaps, and kiln heat leakage. You receive a written diagnostic, prioritised fixes, and a recommended programme path. No obligation to retain us afterward — though many clients convert the audit into emission planning once the signal rail is clear.

From S$4,800 · 10–15 business days

AI workflow workshop

A facilitated session for marketing and media leads who already use generative tools and want guardrails. We map which tasks AI-assisted media insight may touch, where human-approved live blaze rules are non-negotiable, and how to log model suggestions on the signal rail. Half-day or full-day options at our Keong Saik studio or yours.

From S$2,800 (half-day) · S$4,600 (full-day)

Client and strategist reviewing a media brief

Performance review deep-dive

A structured debrief of one or more paid media flights. We reconstruct emission bars, creative fatigue timelines, and reach planning overlaps, then separate craft from luck. Outputs include a learning memo and inheritance rules for the next campaign media buy. Ideal after a quarter that felt louder than it was informative.

From S$3,600 per review cycle

Half-day strategy intensive

Four focused hours with senior MediaBlaze practitioners. Agenda samples: rebuild a channel mix hypothesis, stress-test a flight calendar, or pressure-check whether kiln heat is concentrated in the wrong stage. You leave with a one-page decision map — not a forty-slide souvenir.

Working style

Visible kiln, calm communication.

We prefer short written updates over decorative status theatre. When auction noise forces a change, you hear why emission intensity moved and what human approval is requested. When creative fatigue appears, we show the curve — not a vague “ads are tiring.”

Engagements can combine formats: an audit into a sprint, a workshop into a retainer. See programmes for problem-shaped containers, or contact us to book a media kiln review.

Service disclaimer: Quoted ranges are indicative in S$ and exclude taxes where applicable. Platform fees, media spend, and third-party licences are separate. MediaBlaze does not guarantee CPM, CPA, ROI, or rank outcomes. Kiln heat depends on auction behaviour, creative supply, and market conditions outside our control. Live blaze changes require human approval.
